These terms apply to your use of buildonclick.com, run by Buildonclick Private Limited ("BuildonClick", "we"), 3/13, Mridula Vihar, SBI Officers Colony, Rukanpura, Patna, Bihar 800014. By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What the website is for

The site tells you about our design, construction, engineering and building-material services, lets you ask for a callback or estimate, and offers free calculators. Using the site does not create a contract for any service. Work starts only when you and BuildonClick sign a written agreement or accept a written quotation, and that agreement or quotation takes priority over anything on this website.

2. Prices and packages

• Package rates are per square foot of built-up area and include GST, unless stated otherwise.
• Published rates, brand lists and specifications are indicative only. The price, scope, materials, timeline and payment stages that apply are the ones in your signed agreement or written quotation.
• We may change published prices at any time without notice.
• Changes you ask for in design, scope or materials after the agreement, and any additional work, are charged extra.

3. Calculators and estimates

• The calculators give approximate figures for planning only. They are based on our reading of the Bihar Building Byelaws 2014 and its amendments, the Jharkhand Building Byelaws 2016, IS 1893, published fee schedules, PMAY-U 2.0 guidelines and local market rates on the date shown.
• They are not a building permit, a structural design, a legal opinion or a quotation, and BuildonClick is not bound by any figure they show. Rules, fees, interest rates and material prices change, and local master plans or authority decisions may differ.
• Before you buy land, apply for approval or start work, confirm the figures with the approving authority and a qualified architect or engineer. We can do this for you as a paid service.

4. Your enquiry and our contact with you

When you send a form, call or message us, you agree that we may contact you about that enquiry, as described in our Privacy Policy. Please give true and complete details; we are not responsible for problems caused by incomplete or false information.

5. Payments

• Payments are due in the stages set out in your agreement, quotation or invoice. If a payment is late, we may pause work until it is cleared, and the timeline extends accordingly.
• You can pay by bank transfer, UPI or cheque, as agreed in writing. If we offer an online payment gateway, your card, UPI or bank details are handled by that gateway, not by us, under its own terms.
• If a payment fails but money is debited, your bank or the payment gateway normally returns it. If it does not, write to us with the transaction details.

6. Cancellations and refunds

• Payments made to BuildonClick are non-refundable, unless your signed agreement or written quotation says otherwise.
• If you cancel a project, you pay for the work done, materials ordered and costs incurred up to the date of cancellation, plus any cancellation charges in your agreement.
• Building materials: damaged or wrong items must be reported at the time of delivery; we will replace them as per the terms given with your order.
• Any refund that BuildonClick agrees to is paid to the original payment method.

7. Timelines and delays

Timelines are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by things outside our control, including approvals and inspections by authorities, changes or decisions you make, late payments, site and soil conditions, weather and floods, the seasonal ban on river sand mining, shortages or price rises of materials, labour strikes, government orders, epidemics or any other force majeure event.

8. Warranty

The warranty on homes we build, including its period, what it covers and what it excludes, is set out in your construction agreement. Statements on this website such as "up to 10 years" are a summary; the agreement decides.

9. Content, designs and images

• Text, drawings, 3D designs, calculators and logos on this site belong to BuildonClick or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for your own use. You may not copy, sell or reuse them commercially without our written permission.
• Some photographs are licensed stock images used for illustration. Project images show designs and buildings by BuildonClick unless stated otherwise.
• Designs we make for you remain the property of BuildonClick. You may use them only for the building named in your agreement, after full payment.

10. Acceptable use

Do not use the site to break any law, send spam or false enquiries, try to gain unauthorised access, overload it, or copy its content with automated tools.

11. Links to other websites

The site links to services such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, banks and government portals. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or policies.

12. Limitation of liability

• The website and calculators are provided "as is", without any warranty. BuildonClick is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, website content or calculator results.
• For services we provide, our responsibility is limited to what your agreement sets out. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service concerned, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of rent, profit or opportunity.
• Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

13. Indemnity

You agree to compensate BuildonClick for any loss, claim or cost caused by your misuse of this website, false information you give us, or your breach of these terms.

14. Changes

We may update these terms or the website at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jehanabad, Bihar.
