This policy explains what personal data Buildonclick Private Limited ("BuildonClick", "we") collects through buildonclick.com, why we collect it, who we share it with and what rights you have. It is written to meet the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules.

Who we are

What we collect

When you fill a form (callback, cost estimate, contact): your name, mobile number, and if you give them, email, city, the service you want, plot and building details, when you plan to start, whether you have a sanctioned map or need a loan, and your message.
When you call, WhatsApp or email us: your number or email address and what you tell us.
When you pay us: your name and the payment details (amount, date, transaction or cheque reference) needed for our accounts. If you pay through an online payment gateway, card and UPI details are entered on the gateway's secure page and are never seen or stored by us.
When you browse: standard technical data such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and how you reached us, collected through the tools listed under "Cookies and tracking".

The calculators on this site run in your browser. The numbers you enter (plot size, road width, floors and so on) are not sent to us unless you choose to send them with a form. They may appear in the page address so that you can share or bookmark a result; they never include your name or phone number.

Why we use it

To call or message you back about your enquiry and prepare a design, estimate or quotation.
To carry out a contract you sign with us, including site visits, billing and warranty service.
To process payments and keep accounts as the law requires.
To stop spam and abuse of our forms.
To understand which pages and advertisements work, so we can improve the site.

We use your data only for the purpose you gave it for. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it to send marketing messages unless you ask us to keep you informed.

Your consent

By sending a form you agree that we may contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email about that enquiry. You can withdraw this consent at any time by writing to support@buildonclick.com or telling the person who calls you. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything done before, or work we must do under a signed contract.

Who we share it with

Our team: engineers, architects and staff who handle your enquiry or project, and authorised contractors working on your site.
Service providers who process data for us: our email provider (form submissions arrive as emails), our web host, Google (reCAPTCHA, Tag Manager, Analytics, Ads and the map on our contact page), and any payment gateway you choose to pay through.
Banks or housing finance companies, only if you ask us to help you with a home loan.
Authorities, when the law requires it.

Some of these providers may store data outside India, under their own security and privacy commitments.

Cookies and tracking

Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads set cookies to count visits, measure which pages and ads lead to enquiries, and may be used to show our ads to people who visited the site.
Google reCAPTCHA checks that forms are sent by people, not bots. Its use is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Your language choice (English or Hindi) is saved in your browser so the site opens in that language next time.
Our blog at buildonclick.com/blog may show Google advertisements, which use their own cookies.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them. You can also opt out of personalised Google ads at adssettings.google.com.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details while we are in touch about your project and for a reasonable time afterwards in case you come back to us. Contract, billing and payment records are kept for as long as tax and company law require. When data is no longer needed, we delete it.

How we protect it

The site uses HTTPS, forms are protected against spam, and only staff who need your details can see them. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, but if a breach affects your data we will inform you and the authorities as the law requires.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us to:

tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
correct, complete or update it;
erase it, unless we must keep it by law or for a contract;
name another person to exercise these rights if you die or are unable to.

Grievance Officer

If you have a complaint about how we handle your data, contact our Grievance Officer at support@buildonclick.com or Buildonclick Private Limited, 3/13, Mridula Vihar, SBI Officers Colony, Rukanpura, Patna, Bihar 800014, phone +91 70618 82678. We will resolve it within one month. If you are not satisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

This site is meant for adults planning a building. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Other websites

Links to other websites, such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, banks or government portals, are governed by those websites' own privacy policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Jehanabad, Bihar.
